It’s all systems go for The Flooring Show 2023!!

The team at Abingdon have The Flooring Show buzz. With under 50 days left until the doors of the Harrogate Convention Centre open, there is a lot to do and prepare. This year we will be joining over 160 suppliers and greeting over 3,000 visitors, highlighting our extensive range of brands and their new additions.

We are super excited this year to be celebrating our 20^th Birthday, so please come and join us on Stand A25 for the celebrations.

So, what can you expect from us this year? We see two emerging colour trends, that while completely different, they are truly connected. On one hand, customers are gravitating towards the ever-popular calming neutrals, then on the other, design is immersing itself in vivid and bold flashes of colour.

Solve the puzzle.

With two different trends simultaneously running alongside each other, homeowners rely on us in the industry to provide sound advice. As Hans Hoffman famously quoted “Colours must fit together as pieces in a puzzle”. So to help solve that puzzle, Abingdon will be showcasing a full spectrum of colour in all its majestic glory.

How can you produce something which feels irresistibly soft but is incredibly resilient?? Our development team have been pushing the technological boundaries. We can’t wait to show you the result on the stand!!

Taking centre stage at  The Flooring Show 2023 is our newest addition and our most luxurious carpet of the Stainfree brand. This sumptuous new addition is beautiful to the touch with its deep pile and you can expect to see a spectrum of stunning vibrant colour and a mix of neutral and muted tones.  We are excited for this range to make its debut at the show.  Watch this space.

Keeping you in the loop

As more homeowners become environmentally conscious and looking to use natural fabrics within the home, we have enhanced and extended our Wilton Royal brand to include our very first duo of 3ply 100% wool carpets. Charter Berber Loop and Charter Plain Loop extend our portfolio further bringing luxury and durability to our wool collection.  They will be one of the headliners at Harrogate this year, so if you haven’t seen them, feel free to take a look.

You’ve got to roll with it

We will also be displaying a number of new roll products. Leading the portfolio in our Stainfree brand. Without giving too much away these new additions extend our offer on our roll products to give choice at a competitive price point.
